- 1 tablespoon of grated ginger
- 1 cucumber
- 1 lemon
- 15 fresh mint leaves
- 1 liter of mineral water
Boil the water in a pot first, then add the mint leaves and take the pot off heat. Leave the mixture to cool down for 5 minutes, then strain it and pour the liquid in a container. Now, peel the lemon and squeeze it, but keep the peels. Wash, peel and chop the cucumber next, then mix it with the lemon juice and peels and mix this with the previously prepared mint tea.
