However, joint, bone and muscle pain are not something you should ignore – if left untreated, these pains can significantly affect your mobility.
As we age, the body undergoes through many changes. The muscles change shape and size and the bone density decreases which leads to increased risk of injuries and fractures. Although aging is inevitable, there’s one natural recipe that can work wonders for your bone and muscle health if taken regularly. The remedy is ancient and was used by our grandparents in the past. It contains only 3 simple ingredients and is very easy to prepare. Here’s what you need to do:
- 300 ml. of 70% alcohol
- 100 ml. of iodine
- 10 aspirins
All the ingredients are easily available at your local pharmacy. Iodine is a powerful antiseptic agent and can destroy any kind of microorganism it comes in contact with.
Mix the iodine and alcohol first, then crush the aspirins and add them to the mixture.
Pour it in a glass bottle and leave it to stay for 21 days in a dark and cold spot.
Use the mixture to prepare a compress which you should apply on the affected area.
Massage your sore joints and muscles with it as well, and you will quickly get rid of the pain.
