HOW TO MAKE A GLUTEN-FREE, NO SUGAR AND NO MILK HEALTHY BEET CAKE!

Today we’re going to show you how to prepare a healthy and delicious beet cake. It is full of iron, lycopene, folic acid and iron which will improve your overall health, and the cake is also great for people suffering from anemia. Besides treating the blood disorder, the cake will also help you lose weight due to the absence of sugar, milk, eggs and other usual cake ingredients. The absence of sugar doesn’t mean that the cake isn’t tasty – believe us when we say that it’s very delicious!

The cake is easy to prepare if you follow these instructions:

Ingredients

2 large beets (peeled and chopped)

1 cup of olive oil or ghee

2 tablespoons of flaxseeds

15 teaspoons of stevia powder

½ a cup of rice flour

1 teaspoon of lemon zest

1 cup of cornstarch tea

2 tablespoons of baking powder

Preparation

Mix the beets, flaxseeds and olive oil in a blender, then pour the mixture in a bowl and add the other ingredients. Mix everything well until you get a homogenous mixture, then preheat the oven. In the meantime, grease a cake pan with an opening in the middle with some olive oil, then sprinkle rice flour on the bottom and pour the batter in. Bake in a heated oven for about 45 minutes, then take the cake out and serve. Enjoy your healthy beet cake!
