2 egg whites
Ground pepper, paprika and salt to taste
1.Peel the potatoes and cut them to about 1 cm. in thickness.
2.Beat the egg whites until you get a light froth. Add the salt, pepper and paprika in the mix.
3.Put the potatoes in a bowl and pour the mixture over them.
4.Preheat the oven on 220 C, then put a baking paper in the oven tray. Put the potatoes on the tray and bake them for 7-10 minutes until they’re golden brown.
