Not getting enough sleep
Nowadays, it has become pretty common to stay late at night on the computer or smartphone. Allergies are a sign of inflammation within the body and can sometimes have severe symptoms. If you don’t know what you’re allergic to, visit a doctor and take an allergy test.
People nowadays retire later than they are supposed to. Working over the age of 60 has become a common thing for a big part of the population. However, this is a bad habit that is making us age faster – people are worried about what they’ll do at home when they’re still feeling energetic, but taking up some hobbies or travelling the world will help you stay in shape and have some fun after retirement.

Sugar and processed foods
You should immediately eliminate sugar and processed foods from your diet as they’re not doing your health any favors. They are responsible for weakened immune system, weight gain, depression and even cancer which is why they should be avoided. Your diet should be based on fresh fruit and vegetables and healthy meals.
